Payment

We accept credit cards. Acceptance of payments on the website is provided by the electronic payment system Robokassa. The payment is credited instantly, no commission.

Security guarantees:

Robokassa technologies comply with international data security standards of the payment card industry, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS Level 1 certificate. Robokassa supports 3-D Secure technology as an additional level of payment security.

Payment process:

To pay by bank card, you must fill out a short payment form: enter your card details: owner's name, card number, expiration date, three-digit digital code CVV2 / CVC2 on the back of the card. After successful completion of the payment, an electronic check is sent to the payer's e-mail, confirming the payment and containing its unique identifier.

International Buyers - Please note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  

 

Cancellations

If order has not been fulfilled/dispatched, It can be cancelled and refunded.

If order has been fulfilled/dispatched, cancellation cannot be applied and refund is not possible.
 

Tracking number & delivery time

We ship your order within 1-2 business day upon receiving cleared payment except public holidays.

Lost parcels & delayed shipments

The maximum delivery time within the EU is sixty (60) working days, as established by European law. The maximum delivery time to USA is sixty (60) working days, as established by USA customs. However, it is very unusual that a delivery will take more than 8-16 working days. If a package is delayed or miss a scan we will start a case at our forwarders, but we cannot resend or refund a package until after the sixty (60) working days for EU and sixty (60) working days for USA.

Return policy

Helen Cosmetic accept any products returned within 7 days notification from receipt of the product if the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
The product contains manufacturing defects
The product was damaged upon arrival

 

We do not accept returns for open boxes and no refund is applied to boxes that have been opened. Boxes are fully inspected once we receive them. All returns are paid for by the customer.

We cannot process a return after 7 days from the delivery date.

You must wait for your return to reach us before we process a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. Returns are at your own risk and we do not accept any responsibility for loss during the returns transit. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered to you (either because you were not available, refused delivery, or could not collect it from the local post office) and we do not receive it back for any reason, we are unable to refund you until it returns.

Refund

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
